The man who brought Steel drum to Las Vegas

Rupert is the star of Caribbean Las Vegas. Born in Antigua, he was one of the original musicians to start playing the steel drum from Trinidad and Tobago in the 50’s. Rupert is also one of only ten people in the word who makes the steel drum (pan). He helped spread the instrument and music to St. Croix and other islands. His partner Queeny is also an accomplished musician who studied at the Berkeley College of Music. This lovely chanteuse sings in four languages. They form the heart of Caribbean Las Vegas. Caribbean Las Vegas can be set as a Duo, Trio, Quartet or full ensemble. The Caribbean Las Vegas band is able to be customized in order to fit your musical needs. They can play all the classics of island music as well as original music. There is only one authentic Caribbean band in Las Vegas and it starts with Caribbean Las Vegas.
